The Fairchild House

 

The Fairchild House, home of Fairchild's Bed & Breakfast, is located in the small rural town of Monticello, Kentucky in Wayne County. The house is located minutes from Lake Cumberland and Historic Mill Springs, site of a civil war battle and home of the largest overshot water wheel in the world. There are other Civil War historic sites, natural landmarks (Cumberland Falls and Natural Arch) and antique shops within a 45 mile drive. Fairchild's is perfect for the business or leisure traveler.
